The rules for using ponzi.to and buying the billboard.

1. Who we are

Ponzi (ponzi.to) is an advertising service published and operated by BeyondSky OÜ, a company incorporated under Estonian law and registered in the Estonian commercial register under number 16894028. Contact: [email protected].

The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (https://www.hetzner.com).

Ponzi is not an investment, a game of chance or a financial product. You buy advertising exposure. You can never receive more than you paid.

2. The service

The homepage shows one brand at a time: a name, a tagline, a link, a colour and an optional logo. A placement stays on the page until a higher successful purchase replaces it.

3. Your account

You need an account with a confirmed email address to buy a placement. Keep your password private. You must be authorised to advertise the brand you submit. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Bids and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Depending on your country, VAT or sales tax is either included in the price or added on top at checkout. Checkout shows your final total before you pay. The first placement costs $10. Each takeover must be at least $10 above the current placement, in whole dollars, up to $100,000.
• Card payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Your statement may show DODOPAY_BEYONDSKY. We never see or store your card number.
• A quoted price is valid for 15 minutes. Opening checkout does not reserve the billboard.
• Your placement starts only when Dodo confirms the payment. If someone else took the billboard first, or the quote expired before confirmation, your payment is refunded in full.

5. How long a placement lasts

Your brand stays until someone pays more. There is no minimum duration and no maximum. We do not guarantee any number of views or clicks, or that another buyer will ever replace you. If nobody outbids you, no refund is triggered.

6. Refund when you are outbid

When a higher purchase replaces your placement, your placement price is refunded minus a fixed deduction of 5.5% + $1.40, plus any VAT or sales tax that was added on top of that refunded amount. The exact amounts are shown before you pay and are part of what you accept at checkout. Details are in the refund policy.

7. What you can advertise

Placements are published automatically and are not reviewed in advance. You may not publish content that is unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent, that infringes someone else's rights or impersonates them, that is hateful, harassing or sexually explicit, or that links to malware or phishing. You confirm you hold the rights to the name, logo and link you submit.

We may pause the billboard or remove a placement that breaks these rules or that we are legally required to remove. A removed placement is refunded on the same basis as an outbid placement.

8. Statistics

View and click counts are estimates, deduplicated per browser per day with known bots filtered. They are not audited audience measurements.

9. Payment disputes

If a payment is disputed or charged back, the related placement is taken down and the billboard may be paused while we reconcile it with the payment provider. Please write to us first; we can usually resolve a problem faster than a chargeback.

10. Immediate start

By paying, you ask for your placement to start as soon as the payment is confirmed. Where a legal right of withdrawal would otherwise apply, you acknowledge that it ends once the placement has started. This does not affect the refund described above or any right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

11. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a placement is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms and refund deduction you accepted at checkout keep applying to that purchase.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms and the purchases made under them are governed by French law.

Before going to court, the parties must first try to settle any dispute amicably, for example through mediation or conciliation. If you are a consumer, you may also use a consumer mediator. Mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence remain available to you.
